2011 RATES & MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

RESOLUTION 1129 ESTABLISHING HOURS OF OPERATION

AND MEMBERSHIP RATE FOR PUBLIC POOL

WHEREAS, the Village Council desires to establish hours of operation and membership rates for the Village of Millersport public swimming pool;

            Now Therefore Be It Resolved By the Village of Millersport, Ohio:

THAT the pool shall be open from June 1 through August 19, 2010;

THAT hours of operation shall be from twelve (12) noon through 8:00 o’clock pm, Monday through Friday; and 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Saturday and 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Sunday;

THAT memberships shall be as follows:

1.         Family memberships: (mother and or father and up to four (4) unmarried children, all of whom reside in same household);  $200.00 per season. After July 15, 2010, all memberships shall be discounted fifty (50%) percent 

2.         Individual: $100.00 per season (any person age three (3) and above) persons under two (2) years of age shall be free;

3.         Senior Citizens: $80.00 per season (any person possessing a Golden Buckeye card);

4.            Daily rates shall be as follows:                                                Children: (age two and under are free)

Children: (age 3 and 4) $4.00;                                      Adults: (age 5 and older): $6.00;                                                                    Senior Citizens: $4.00; 

5.         After 6:00 pm:                                                                                                            Children, Adults and Senior Citizens: $3.00

That this Resolution shall take effect upon the earliest date allowed by law.
