Water Tap Fee for taps in excess of (2) inches will be based on cost plus (25%).

1. To make application for water and/or sewer service, and application must be completed and returned to the Village of Millersport with payment in full.
2. Capacity charges are required for every new connection to the water or sewer system including those in a new development and are based on the water meter size. The sewer and water capacity charge is based on water meter size.
3. Tap Fees for Water are required for all connections to the water system based on the size of the tap as listed in the above table.
4. The Village will install taps up to (2) inches based on the above costs. Water taps above (2) inches can be installed based on actual cost plus (25%).
1. The Water Tap Fee does not apply to services installed by the developer during the construction of water/sewer systems under construction.
2. Meter charges and capacity fees are due for each new water service installed in the development. Meter charges and capacity fees must be paid prior to connection of service and turning on water. Capacity fees will be the current effective rate at the time of the connection.
